An e-mail signature takes the place of a handwritten signature as the special way you would like to sign your e-mail. Every e-mail signature is unique to the individual who created it, and is a form of personal expression. Your signature will appear at the bottom of every e-mail you send.

You can use html in your signature to:

The nice part about using your signature to add a background, image, or midi file, is that you don't have to write it each time you send an e-mail. Of course, you can still use html in the body of your e-mail to create the desired effect.

Note: You can change the text color of your e-mail by using the text attribute in the <BODY> tag. Ex. <BODY bgcolor=red text=white>

To set up a signature in your e-mail:

  1. Select your Mail icon from your Home Page
  2. Plus users select Setup from the menu on the left.
Classic users select Settings from the menu on the left.
  3. Select Signature
  4. Type your signature in the large box
  5. Select Done to record your new signature
